  • 1. The warranty starts from date of purchase by the original customer.
  • 2. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects. It does not cover any damage caused by installation, improper use or acts of God such as electrical storms, and is void on any products that have been subject to misuse, altered in any way, tampered with, improper storage, or incorrect installation or servicing. Warranty applies only to any part that is found defective under normal use.
  • 3. We are not liable for installation costs.
  • 4. This warranty is not transferrable beyond the original purchaser.
  • 5. This warranty constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy of the buyer and exclusive liability of the company, and is in lieu of any and all other warranties, expressed, implied or statutory as to merchantability, fitness for purpose sold, description, quality, productiveness or any other matter.
  • 6. In no event shall the company be liable for loss of use of profit or any incidental or other collateral, special or consequential damages or assume any other liability except what is provided herein.
  • 7. This warranty only applies to Entegrale cables purchased from authorized distributors/dealers.
  • 8. Any purchases from an auction or unauthorized websites will not be covered under this warranty.
  • 9. All returns must be done through authorized distributors/dealers without which claims will not be accepted.
  • 10. Returned products will be examined for compliance with warranty for repair/replacement.
  • 11. Replacement or upgrade will be performed only after the company has reviewed and verified the fault issue prior to repair or replacement of defective product.
  • 12. Whenever a product is found defective, the company will need below information:
    • a. Name of the distributor / dealer from whom product is purchased
    • b. Invoice No. and date
    • b. Model No. and Serial No. of the product
    • d. Customer name, address, contact no. and email id.
    • e. Description of the fault or problem.

For Electronics

  • 1. The warranty starts from date of purchase by the original customer.
  • 2. Company, at its option and expense, will replace, repair or allow credit on any part which in the company’s opinion is found defective under normal use.
  • 3. If a product fails at any time due to manufacturing defect, a repair or a replacement will be provided subject to review and verification of the fault.
  • 4. If replacement is required and if the company then no longer carries the same product, then the company reserves the right to substitute the product with a replacement of like quality and size, suitable for the intended use of the product.
